I have an Altec 1567a with all of the 4722's and the 15095a but it is missing the XLR strip and has only the terminal screws. Does anyone have the proper balanced input and output screw configuration?

I have had these in the past and they have worked flawlessly, however this seems to be a bit noisy. If I were to replace any caps etc, are there any suggestions as to which brand might be the best to keep from compromising the nice sound I have enjoyed in the past?
